Terms of Service

1. Using the game

These terms govern Big2 Royale, its website, and related game services provided by mad (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must meet any age requirements imposed by applicable law and the platform or sign-in provider you use. If you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the service or make a purchase, obtain it first.

2. Your account

You may play as a guest or use a supported sign-in method. Guest access depends on credentials stored on your device; losing those credentials can make guest progress unrecoverable. Signing in enables supported account and social features.

Keep your sign-in methods secure, use only accounts you are authorized to use, and provide accurate information when needed for support or purchases. Do not sell, rent, or transfer accounts or use another person’s identity. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Gameplay and fair play

The rules shown in the game govern each mode, including entry requirements, scoring, rewards, and penalties for leaving or failing to take turns. Matches may include automated opponents. Results depend on game rules, decisions, and the cards dealt; we do not guarantee wins, rank, or rewards.

Do not cheat, collude, exploit bugs, automate play without permission, manipulate rankings or purchases, disrupt the service, harass other players, or use unlawful, deceptive, or infringing profile content. Report suspected errors or abuse to big2@mad.gg.

4. Coins, rewards, and purchases

Coins and cosmetics are digital items licensed for use within the game, not money, deposits, investments, or property redeemable outside the service. In-game “Buy In”, “Entry Fee”, “prize”, and “payout” amounts refer only to virtual coins. You may not sell them for money or use the service to arrange real-money wagering.

Some items may be earned through gameplay or purchased where available. The store displays the applicable price and currency before purchase. You are responsible for authorized purchases and applicable taxes. Purchases through Apple or Google are also subject to that store’s payment and refund rules.

Royal Pass is a monthly auto-renewing subscription where offered. Your store shows the price and billing terms before confirmation. Cancel or manage it through the App Store or Google Play. Cancelling normally keeps access until the paid period ends. Chapter deadlines are independent of billing dates, and ranked gameplay is required to unlock chapter rewards. Earned rewards remain after expiry unless the related purchase is refunded or revoked.

Refund requests should be made through the store that processed the purchase, or by contacting us for help. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory refund or consumer rights. Refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or duplicate purchases may lead to correction of the related coin balance or items.

Game balance, item availability, season rules, and reward schedules may change. We will respect applicable law and rights relating to paid content. There is no promise that virtual items will remain available indefinitely.

5. Game and profile content

We and our licensors retain rights in the game’s software, artwork, branding, and other content. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial permission to use the service in accordance with these terms. Rights permitted by applicable law are unaffected.

You retain rights you have in your own profile content. You permit us to store, copy, and display that content as necessary to provide the game and its social features. Only use content you have permission to share. See our Privacy Policy for removal and retention details.

6. Closing or restricting an account

You can stop playing at any time and request deletion through Account → Delete Account → Delete, after leaving tables and finishing or leaving active matches. Detailed instructions, including an alternative if you cannot sign in, are on our Data Deletion page.

Deletion removes your active account and its associated progress and virtual items. They cannot be restored through the deleted account, and deletion does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Signing in again can create a new account. Deleting your game account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions separately in the store that bills you.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, abuse, security risks, or legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about or contest a restriction. We will provide notice and reasons where appropriate and legally permitted.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service available, but outages, maintenance, disconnections, and errors can occur. The game may change or be discontinued. Subject to applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access and are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees. If something goes wrong, contact us with the relevant account and transaction details so we can investigate.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms, with the current version and date published here. We will give additional notice or seek agreement to material changes where required by law. Your mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
